Trial by jury as a reflection of the political regime in Russia in the second half of XIX - early XX centuries.: Historical and legal aspects

Abstract. The article is devoted to legislative work in respect of jury trials in preparation for judicial reform of 1864 in Russia. Justified by the fact that the competence of the jury was the reflection of the political regime and the legal policy of the Russian state in the period under review.
