Abstract. In the article the technology of the objectives, functional subsystems, functions, and entities of the management of the organization and its staff, are the principles of classification subsystem functions of personnel management system, shows the interaction of the constituent elements of the organizational-economic mechanism of personnel management, provides system performance assessment and management system elements production system of the organization and its staff.
