Leadership potential development of high school students

Abstract. The authors discusses the features of the development of leadership potential of high school students and the features of interrelation between leadership potential and personal qualities of high school students. The authors describes the experience of training work for the development of personal qualities and leadership potential and determine its effectiveness.
