Methodological background of morality development

Abstract. The author presents the psychological characteristics of the individual research of foreign and domestic scientists, the substantiation of methodological preconditions for its development; emphasizes stimulating role of moral issues in the unity of three components, the competence of which in the dynamics forms the core of the moral personality.
