Factor analysis of the South Korean and Russian experience in co-president and the government institutions at the present stage

Abstract. The paper is devoted to features of modern interaction of institutes of the president and government in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea. The research is made with use of a number of factors which served as criteria in carrying out the analysis.
