Abstract. The article describes the successful teams’ experience of a particular educational institution in the formation and work as an accounting model key element of the extracurricular students’ achievements. The analytical data of the three teams’ activities is presented. The study on the teams’ effectiveness with different objec-tives and different line-up is made as well as the evaluation of their effectiveness.
