The history of formation the pedagogical education in province in the second half of XIXth – the beginning of the XXth centuries: on the example of the trans Ural region

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of development and formation of pedagogical education in the Rus-sian province. The author describes the activity of the educational institutions which were carrying out teach-ers’ training in Russia and the trans Ural region in the second half of the XIXth – the beginning of the XXth centuries.
