Abstract. The article is devoted to enterprise activity, which is connected with risks. Leasing business is one of ver-sions of enterprise activity and includes rent, investment and trade relations. The variety of relations in the leasing transaction defines complexity and specificity of revealing, elimination of leasing risk.
