Abstract. The article is devoted to the question of mechanism formation, managing the enterprise environment devel-opment in municipal unions. The author of the article considers the necessity of creation of the mechanism, which allows regulating and supporting enterprise activity, provides new approaches for innovative-technological, information-analytical, scientific, and technical development.
