The formation of public education in the Stavropol district of Samara province in the 20-30th years of XX century

Abstract. The article is devoted to the development of public education in the 20-30s in the Stavropol district of Sa-mara province. The author reveals the main challenges for the new government in the development of the network of preschool and school education, as well as explores the problem of liquidation of illiteracy among the adult population in the agricultural region.
