Abstract. In the present article, based on a scientific analysis of legislation and law enforcement determined prevailing system of assessment of qualifications precinct police, on the basis that are capable of selecting candidates for the post of divisional commissioner of police. In the article focuses on professional suitability criteria police precinct.
