Rental relations as a contradiction of land market functioning

Abstract. One of the problems of the modern land market functioning is the presence of mediating link of unproductive character – mediator, at the junction with which, the effectiveness of economic management is lost. This is one of contradictions of the land market functioning in modern Russia.
