Features of carrying out survey of the dwelling as scenes at verification of the message on a crime

Abstract. In article procedural features of survey of the dwelling which is a scene are considered. Investigative actions are analyzed: inspection of the scene and survey of the dwelling. Conclusions on registration of the protocol of inspection of the scene – dwellings are drawn.
