About some aspects of the criminalistic characteristic of the crimes committed on an ethnic osno-venekotorya of a problem, interfaced to the studied subject

Abstract. In article separate aspects on improvement of the criminalistic characteristic of crimes on an ethnic basis with the obligatory account in its drawing up the protective barriers and the additional consolidating factors determined by ethnocultural, ethnopsychological, language, religious features are considered. To it also some problems interfaced to the studied subject have to be considered.
