The development of the first graduate students’ monological speech on the minutes of penmanship

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of development of primary school children’s oral monological speech. The author suggests to form children’s skills at the sphere of construction the answer by the way of using the linguistic illustratively-speech exercises. Children have the opportunity to improve their vocabulary and grammatical structure of speech during fulfilling such exercises on the minutes of penmanship on Russian language lessons. Besides of the level of oral monological speech children improve the quality of knowledge on the various sections of the Russian language: phonetics, orthography.
