Analysis and assessment of use of agricultural land with the definition of specific indicators of cadastral value of land for example, gorodishchenskiy district of Volgograd region

Abstract. The article is devoted to organization of effective management of land resources agricultural region. In work the analysis of utilization of agricultural land, the calculation of specific indices of cadastral cost in the boundaries of the study area with detection of discrepancies when conducting land surveys, which have significant influence on the formation of payments in the regional budget.
