Abstract. Discrimination is the specific moral issue, topical for present-day corporate relations. The peculiarity of the problem is that it has not only the legal nature, but also moral character. Recommendations and special tools of corporate ethics can solve the problem of discrimination in corporate relations. For example, effective measure for discrimination prevention can be specifically formulated corporate code.
