National and international regulation of offshore business in the globalizing world economy

Abstract. The paper examines causes of increasing control over offshore zones by international community, analyzes main tools and methods of offshore business regulation at international level, and determines main problems in the sphere of regulation and prospects of international offshore business. Features of development of national anti-offshore legislation on the example of Russia and the USA are considered.
