Formation of professional and psychological-pedagogic qualities of a musician-concertmaster

Abstract. The paper is devoted to theoretical review and analysis of the problem of formation of professional and psychological-pedagogic qualities of a musician-pianist. In this regard, the peculiarities of professional activity of accompanist are revealed, the author discusses the differences between concertmaster and accompanist; identifies and analyzes the core competencies and skills required to complete professional activities of a concertmaster; deals with the psychological-pedagogic features of accompanist, explains the importance and significance in the structure of profession.
