Approaches to designing a program of extracurricular activities with dominating morale-building activities at the level of general education

Abstract. The paper presents the author's view on the problem of designing a comprehensive program of extracurricular activities in the fifth grade of the primary school in the framework of Federal State educational Standard of basic general education of the second generation. A special feature of the program is predominance of morale-building activities that would help to combine the class program of morale-building work and programs of five areas of extracurricular activities into one document. The program is integrated on the basic of national values, which are the main content of extracurricular morale-building activities.
