Abstract. The paper discusses the relevance of arrangement and formation of educational organizations lifestyle, aimed at creating a favorable psychological climate among teaching staff in terms of introduction and implementation of Federal State Educational Standards of general education. It proves the influence of emotional comfort in educational organizations on professional and personal development of teachers.
