Formation of readiness of teachers to the design and implementation of multimedia-training complex on labour protection

Abstract. The paper is devoted to formation of teachers’ readiness to the design and implementation of multimedia training complex on labor protection. The author believes that improved and effective teacher readiness to design and implementation of multimedia- training complex on labor protection in the process of training contribute to the creation of parametric models of scientific and methodological activities of teachers, development of a system of psychological, educational, physiological, ergonomic and social factors that pro-vide intensification and optimization of scientific and pedagogical work, teacher training selection and structuring of educational material for multimedia-training complex and systematic establishment of regulatory and technical requirements for complex information technology tools and training programs.
