Abstract. The paper is devoted to the reflection of the results of sociological study on the identification of the features of social and professional identification of employees of social institutions with different types of organizational culture in the Republic of Dagestan. The characteristic of the main types of organizational cultures of social protection institutions in Dagestan is given. The author correlates the main types of organizational culture model of social and professional identity of social workers.
