Abstract. The paper describes the socio-psychological approaches to the study of organizational relations. The idea of transformation and the possibility of its integration into the organizational and psychological theory is disclosed. The purpose is to develop the most promising models of transformation of organizational relations. Also it contains empirical data, reflecting the dynamics of organizational change and the influence of dynamic changes in the organization on the transformation of organizational relations. The recommendations for practical application are made on the basis of applied research.
