Abstract. The paper discusses the importance of labor protection organization in enterprise, its influence on the result of production activity, gives a brief comparative analysis conducted with foreign experience. The paper describes basic factors affecting the state of workers safety in the workplace and the ways of solving problems in the field of labor.
