Measurement and Analysis of Teachers’ Professional Performance Based on Portfolio

Abstract. Within the framework of the theory of latent variables teachers’ professional performance based on portfolio is measured. The analysis of portfolio as a measuring tool is carried out and distinctive indicators of portfolio are considered. Results of measurement of teachers’ professional performance are used for comparison of schools.
