The state of citizenship of young people in the Volga region

Abstract. The article considers the problem of formation of citizenship of young people. Modern social system is un-stable, because it is unstable, changeable attitude toward eternal values, and such values as ideals and faith, be among the last. In these conditions of particular importance is the process of formation among young people of the values and principles necessary for the free development of society.
