Educational status of employees of scientific, technical and industrial sphere as a factor of social and labor potential

Abstract. The article considers the category of "social labour potential", which was developed in the social Sciences in the last three decades. The author draws attention to the fact that in terms of structural changes in society this interpretation is inadequate and proposes to analyze the socio-labour potential as a dynamic character-istic which depends on the labor market, and quality of life. Based on the results of sociological research discusses the importance of the educational status for the formation of socio-labour potential employees of scientific-technical and industrial spheres.
