Experimental test setup for study of defect in thin samples of advanced structural materials

Abstract. The article is devoted to the results of development of experimental measurement setup for study of defect formation in thin samples of advanced structural materials, allowing to provide improved accuracy of the results on the basis of modifications design and implementation of new optical interference measuring tools and technologies.
