Abstract. The paper deals with the results of an empirical research on formation of professional and valuable orientations of teachers with the different seniority. The use of statistical criteria gave the authentically significant distinctions of the values of relations, knowledge, qualities and abilities of teachers, and in the created type of professional and valuable orientations of representatives of the selection.
