Abstract. This article deals with the problems of organizational scheme at state-owned companies. The author analyzes the characteristic features of the linear-functional structure on the example of a defense enterprise. Examples of positive and negative sides of the structure of this enterprise are given. The ways of solving organizational scheme problems at state-owned companies are offered.
