Problems of Syndicated Lending Development in Russia

Abstract. In the past two years, syndicated lending is actively discussed both by scholars and by banking experts. This interest is connected, firstly, with the need of the economy in a long-term investment to perform transition to investment-innovation model of economic growth, and, secondly, with Western sanctions that prevent the receipt of long-term financial resources in the global financial market. The paper deals with these issues and proposes some solutions.
