International publishing rules
A prerequisite for publishing an article in the scientific and methodological electronic journal "Koncept" is compliance with international rules for the publication of scientific works.
1. Compliance with the Code of the International Committee on Scientific Publications Ethics (Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Great Britain).
2. Compliance with the requirements for peer-reviewed journals, worked out by publishing house Elsevier in accordance with international ethical rules of scientific publications.
3. Compliance with the practical recommendations of Wiley Company (Wiley Publication Ethics Guidelines).
In case of failure to comply with these rules, the editorial board has the right to reject the article submitted for consideration.
