The paper presents the creative thinking developmental technology as a holistic system of work with infor-mation in the process of reading and writing at a foreign language class. The technology is aimed at the development of the new format individual qualities, such as creatively active open personality capable of work with huge amounts of information and having a high level of perception, understanding and adequate approach to the surrounding multicultural world. As an example, in the context of learning the French lan-guage, the authors consider such methods of this technology, as the “Bloom's daisy”, “Tree of predictions”, “Basket of ideas”.
