The paper describes the various information technologies for management decision-making on enterprise; highlights the most important and commonly used technologies on enterprise: management information systems, decision support, electronic decision support system. The author identifies the necessity of using these technologies on enterprise. After analyzing the characteristics, traits, and their IP-use decision-making process, it is concluded that each system has advantages, but the best and most effective option will be the electronic support system performance.

This article examines the challenging aspects of investigating serial sexual murders in contemporary Russian law enforcement practice. It examines the legal classification of these crimes, the difficulties in identifying seriality, and the specific aspects of evidentiary proceedings. The authors identify key organizational and methodological shortcomings that hinder effective investigations, including the lack of regulatory criteria for seriality, insufficient coordination between agencies, and limited preliminary investigation timelines. Particular attention is paid to modern forensic capabilities, including genomic registration, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and complex forensic examinations.
