Intensification of the educational process requires innovative approaches to the organization and implementation of teaching and educational activities in a modern school. The development of innovative educational environment will allow to optimize the formation of social competence among students including children with HIA. The analysis of the conducted research made it possible to reveal that in the modern educational environment it is expedient to introduce information and communication technologies, methods of active learning, elements of social interaction.

The article describes the problems of integrating education and upbringing of children with disabilities, their social adaptation. It is an issue of finding the strategy for training future speech pathologists for the work with disabilities having children. Humanization is one of the means of a working specialist. The author describes structure and strategy of the educational space, highlights the main components of values and traditions of the cultural environment, where children with disabilities are included.
