The analysis of theoretical concepts and experimental data provided in this article makes it possible to conclude that teachers face interpersonal relations problems in the conditions of a general education institution reorganization. The choice of interpersonal relations strategy determines their resolution. The author presents the results of the ascertaining experiment according to selected methods.

The conflict resistance competence phenomenon considered in the article is a priority personal characteristic of a teacher, allowing him/her to interact productively with other subjects of the educational process, to build a trajectory of a constructive dialogue on a conflict-free basis.
in the article the author considers the problem of interpersonal conflicts in the adolescent environment. In the course of the experiment, conflict sides of adolescent behavior, tendency to conflict situations were identified. Practical recommendations for the organization of preventive work of adolescents are given. The study will be useful for parents, teachers and psychologists.
In the article the author considers the problem of conflict behavior and the way to increase conflict resistance with the help of art therapy. During the experiment, a low level of conflict resistance in adolescents was identified, a set of art therapeutic exercises was selected and carried out, after a comparative analysis was made. The information is useful for teachers and parents.
This article discusses activity group training as a phenomenon. The results of the formation of constructive behavioral strategies in interpersonal conflicts in adolescents through active group training are presented, a qualitative analysis of the research results is carried out, the effectiveness of active group training is shown.
