The paper considers possible approaches to processing message’s data in order to extract information, misinformation and information noise. Message processing process in order to calc key message indicators is descripted in general. Idea of combining strategy for reduce uncertainty in data used for decision-making and strategy for reduce decision-making risks in the face of uncertainty is suggested.

The paper describes the process of processing the message information. The main stages are covered: preliminary analysis, evaluation of properties and classification of information. A method of classifying information from a message into the categories of information, disinformation, and information noise by applying various estimates of the properties of the message is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of this method are noted. Identified prospects for improving method.

The article discusses the concept of disinformation, its main tasks and methods, as well as ways to detect false information and combat it.
