The article presents the results of an empirical study of the psychological characteristics of patients with osteoarthritis. The authors conclude that the personality of patients with osteoarthritis is characterized by: adequate self-esteem, increased situational anxiety with a tendency to predominate hyperthymic, emotive, dysthymic types of character accentuation, with a high level of neuroticism and with a low level of psychopathization. From this point of view, the need for psychological assistance that helps to overcome the barriers to rehabilitation, leveling the attitude to hospitalization, is not in doubt.

Electronic document flow in medical organizations is a way to collect, storing and exchanging data without using paper carriers. [4] The introduction of automated systems minimizes the number of routine manipulations with paper forms of documentation and releases the time of medical personnel to effectively interact with patients.
