The article presents the results of an empirical study of the psychological characteristics of patients with osteoarthritis. The authors conclude that the personality of patients with osteoarthritis is characterized by: adequate self-esteem, increased situational anxiety with a tendency to predominate hyperthymic, emotive, dysthymic types of character accentuation, with a high level of neuroticism and with a low level of psychopathization. From this point of view, the need for psychological assistance that helps to overcome the barriers to rehabilitation, leveling the attitude to hospitalization, is not in doubt.

The purpose of the study is to ethically reflect on the health system's response to the global pandemic challenge. Object and methods. SSMU students in the amount of 100 people studying in 1-6 courses of the medical, pediatric and dental faculties using questionnaires, anamnestic, statistical methods. Results. It can be concluded that in general, students demonstrate a low level of ethical maturity. Conclusion. It should be more attentive to the moral and ethical component of work during pandemics.
Electronic document flow in medical organizations is a way to collect, storing and exchanging data without using paper carriers. [4] The introduction of automated systems minimizes the number of routine manipulations with paper forms of documentation and releases the time of medical personnel to effectively interact with patients. [1] Provides more convenient data transfer to government controlling authorities, providing a quick exchange of information with insurance companies and laboratories and reduces the time to work with paper carriers. The occurrence of a pandemic allowed him to entrenched and acquire the prospect of development. An important factor is the training of medical and medium-sized medical personnel to work with medical information systems. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively explore the advantages and disadvantages of electronic document management in medical organizations.
