The author presents the program of primary education, which won in the Second Russian competition of universal education for the prevention “Parents' Club: helping others, we help ourselves". The purpose of the program is psychological and educational support of teenagers parents (which are also the participants of the educational process), aimed at improving parent-child relationship. The novelty of this program is to use the full-time and part-time interaction with parents (combination of workshops and e-mailing).

The article analyzes the results of an empirical study. The author revealed that the higher the personal anxiety, the more unsafe the educational environment of the school is perceived, which manifests itself in a negative attitude to the educational environment, dissatisfaction with its characteristics and the experience of insecurity from psychological violence in interaction.
The article deals with the study of the severity of the components of emotional burnout and intelligence of secondary school teachers. The process of reducing resources is manifested in symptoms of emotional exhaustion and lack of interest and satisfaction from professional activities, personal detachment of teachers. The results of the study allow us to identify areas of implementation and development of psychological and pedagogical programs to prevent the syndrome of emotional burnout of teachers.
In the article self-regulation of students is considered in the context of psychological safety as one of the priority areas of the psychology of education. Ensuring the psychological safety of students is associated with balancing the interpersonal interaction of young people in the family based on methods of autologous training (autotraining), visualization and rationalization, which together constitute a set of methods of psychological self-regulation. The use of this complex by students makes it possible to neutralize conflict situations within the family that contribute to ensuring psychological safety.
