Хасанжанов Ф. А., Охлопков М. А. ARM WRESTLING, ANATOMY AND SPORTS // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2025. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2025/0.htm
The article is devoted to the study of biometric and biological adaptations of the body during sports activities using arm wrestling as an example. The anatomical features of the muscles and joints of the upper limb, changes in the structure of bones, muscle fibers, ligaments and tendons caused by training are studied in detail. Physiological processes such as muscle hypertrophy, increased bone density and the development of anaerobic metabolism are described. Neuro-muscular adaptations, including coordination of movements and resistance to high loads, are also considered. Arm wrestling demonstrates the unique capabilities of the human body to adapt to spe-cific extreme conditions, which helps to use it as a model for studying the body's reactions to in-tense loads.
Николаев Д. Р., Саввина И. Л. THE EFFECT OF STRESS ON A PERSON // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2025. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2025/0.htm
This paper is dedicated to explore the impact of stress on individuals and their psycho-emotional state. Stress is a natural response of the body to various external and internal stimuli; however, chronic stress can lead to serious health consequences. The study examines both physiological and psychological aspects of stress, its effects on the immune system, cardiovascular system, and overall well-being. Additionally, it analyzes factors contributing to stress, such as work, personal relationships, and financial issues. In conclusion, the importance of stress management techniques – such as physical activity, meditation, and support from loved ones – is emphasized. Understanding the effects of stress and ways to cope with it can help individuals improve their quality of life and maintain mental health.
FEATURES OF THE STOMATAL APPARATUS AND PIGMENT COMPOSITION OF DRACOCEPHALUM GRANDIFLORUM L. DURING INTRODUCTION IN CENTRAL YAKUTIA // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2026. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2026/0.htm
The adaptation responses of introduced Dracocephalum grandiflorum L. to the conditions of Central Yakutia were studied by analyzing the dynamics of the stomatal apparatus parameters and photosynthetic pigments during the growing season. The stomatal apparatus demonstrated high plasticity, manifested in the two-phase dynamics of stomatal density and the sensitivity of their openness to temperature stress. Specific dynamics were revealed with a peak in chlorophyll content in August (23.90 μg/ml), indicating a shift in the period of active vegetation. A consistently high level of carotenoids (3.00 – 4.37 μg/ml) was confirmed as an indicator of an effective photoprotective mechanism. The complex of identified physiological and anatomical adaptations proves the successful acclimatization of the species and its potential for introduction in the region. The results of the study demonstrate the effectiveness of using stomatal and pigment analysis methods as one of the tools for monitoring the condition of introduced plants.
COFFEE EFFECT ON HEALTH // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2026. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2026/0.htm
This paper analyzes the influence of coffee drinks on the human physiological state. The biochemical role of caffeine – the main alkaloid in coffee beans – is examined, along with its stimulating effect on the central nervous system (CNS) and parameters of myocardial function. Emphasis is placed on determining safe dosages, the mechanism of addiction formation, and withdrawal syndrome. Researchers’ interest in this product is driven by its global prevalence and long history of use.
