This article discusses methods of prevention of malignant neoplasms of the breast, as well as symptoms, risk factors, stages and methods of diagnosis. The project is intended to form knowledge and general awareness of this severe and widespread disease, which despite technological progress in medicine remains one of the first in terms of mortality rate. Statistics show that breast cancer is the most common disease among women. Most often it occurs between the ages of forty and sixty, but there are known cases of women in their thirties and younger. With this type of cancer, as with cancer of other organs, a woman can be completely cured only if the tumor is detected at an early stage. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the high incidence of disease in Russia and around the world, so it is very important to know about the methods of prevention to detect and prevent the development of the disease in a timely manner.

The study examines both physiological and psychological aspects of stress, its effects on the immune system, cardiovascular system, and overall well-being. Additionally, it analyzes factors contributing to stress, such as work, personal relationships, and financial issues. In conclusion, the importance of stress management techniques – such as physical activity, meditation, and support from loved ones – is emphasized. Understanding the effects of stress and ways to cope with it can help individuals improve their quality of life and maintain mental health.
