The article is devoted to problems of the communication and its cultural model. Modern culture and mechanisms of socialization of society taking new forms of culture of laughter yet retain patterns it as a specific communication process. By communication, we understand the conversion processes in verbal and non-verbal, non-verbal to verbal sphere. Historically, the communication was exactly that: compelling another to perform a particular action. That is, communication is essential for the transition from speaking one to the actions of others.

This article presents the results of a survey conducted among students of the North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov (500 people) in order to identify gender characteristics in the process of communication. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it turned out that among the students surveyed with a competent type of response, there are more. The results of female respondents predominate.

Learning English has become increasingly important in today's globalized world. However, many learners find it challenging to stay motivated throughout their language learning journey. The problem of increasing motivation when learning English is a topic that deserves attention as it can significantly impact the success and progress of learners. This article aims to explore the various factors that contribute to the lack of motivation in English language learners and provide practical strategies to overcome these obstacles. The first paragraph will introduce the importance of learning English in today's world and highlight the difficulties faced by many learners in staying motivated. It will also men-tion the significance of addressing this issue for the success and progress of learners. The second paragraph will outline the main objective of the article, which is to examine the fac-tors that hinder motivation in English language learners and offer effective strategies to overcome them.

The article updates the issues of using communicative tasks aimed at resolving of interpersonal conflicts in English lessons. Historical information about the origins of the communicative approach to learning a foreign language is presented. The terminological field of the theme under study is considered: “communication”, “conflict”, “interpersonal conflict”, “communicative tasks”. The teaching materials in the subject “English” are analyzed for students of different levels of education (M.Z. Biboletova, 9th grade and K.I. Kaufman, 10th grade) for the presence of communicative tasks, which are used to solve interpersonal conflicts. Recommendations are given for expanding the range of communi-cative tasks on the theme of conflicts and mastering the skills of resolving them through discussin, questioning, and working with cards. At the end, the results are summed up and conclusions are formulated on the research theme.
