The relevance of the present study is due to the need to improve the quality of professional training of modern specialists, including the military sphere. The result of the training should be the ability of the graduate to operate in situations of professional reality, to conduct professional activities in accordance with the requirements of the modern world community. The international civil aviation organization (ICAO) has put forward specific English language proficiency requirements in the field of aviation. However, the problem of insufficient proficiency of pilots in aviation English is still relevant. The article is devoted to the results of experimental work aimed at the development in cadets of the military University sufficient level of foreign language professional and communicative competence formation by means of integrated technology adapted to the conditions of training in the military aviation University. The aim of the article is to describe the experimental work on the implementation of integrated technology of teaching aviation English in a military University. The article reveals the structure of foreign language professional communicative competence criteria and levels of its formation assessment. The authors describe the stages of practical implementation process of integrated technology of aviation English learning, as well as the effectiveness of the following combination of pedagogical conditions of integrated technology adaptation to the conditions of the military institution: differentiation of training; suitability and motivation of students; availability of information and communication support; monitoring the students’ progress and gradation of knowledge levels. The analysis of our experiment results proves the effectiveness of the developed methodological model of teaching aviation English integrated technology adapted to the conditions of training in a military University. The objectivity and reliability of the experimental results are proved by methods of mathematical statistics.
the article deals with such features of educational activities of foreign cadets as their socialization and adaptation to the socio-cultural conditions of a foreign country. Special attention is paid to the motivational side of cognitive activity and the impact of factors of social, personal and educational plans.
The article deals with the problems of perception of the work of Russian writers in a different cultural environment, in particular, in the Chinese environment. On the example of M.Yu. Lermontov, his poem "Borodino" found inaccuracies in the pages of Chinese textbooks, which need comments, clarifications, and corrections.
The article discusses the importance of using linguistic and regional material when teaching Russian as a foreign language. Texts of this nature will help students to form a positive attitude towards learning the language and culture of the native speaker of this language, increase the efficiency of the educational process and the effectiveness of intercultural communication.

The problem of successful adaptation of each 1st-year student to totally new education mode – university education – is actual in pedagogical practice due to multifactorial nature of the task both for the student him/herself and for the educator. The student requires socialization and integration in the new community. For the teacher the tasks are to facilitate student’s motivation and personal responsibility, as well as to stimulate trust-based intragroup and teacher-students relations. The present research was focused on determination of adaptation factors, implementation of selected psycho-pedagogical techniques, collecting and analyzing of the results. The findings permitted to design the educational process in ESP in accordance with the above purposes, mainly to achieving positive and smooth adaptation to university education and to integration in the new social group. The practical examples supporting the main conclusion of the research concerning the vitality of implementation of techniques stimulating the processes of personality and group adaptation of student beginners are represented in the article.
