the article shows the experience of working in groups of short stay of children aged 1.5 to 3 years, performing adaptive functions before the child enters the preschool for a full day, improving work within the family club "Kiddies - strong", ways of solving educational problems with children 1,5 - 3 years of age.

The issues, raised in this article, are related to continuity of pre-school and primary school education according to Federal State Educational Standards. The results of study of effectiveness of physical training in pre-school department are presented in this article, too. Physical Education is aimed not only at physical training of children in the kindergarten but also at saving their health in adaptation period at school. This article is intended for kindergartens’ and primary schools’ teachers.

The article discusses of the relationship between adaptation and the self-attitude in students with disabilities, attention is paid to the features of inclusive education in the university. The article consists of a theoretical part, where an analysis of the scientific data regarding the problems of adaptation of students with disabilities, as well as of a practical part where the results of our study to examine the relationship of self-attitude on adaptation of students with disabilities.

The changes in socio-economic environment are associated to a large extent in modern Russian reality with the development of inclusive education for people with disabilities of various nosology groups. Inclusive education is considered as a way of integration into the society, and in a broader sense as a way to create new legal, social, economic relations characterized by overcoming the isolation of people with health limitations from socio-economic processes, increasing their social status and personal satisfaction. Accordingly, the search for ways to overcome all kinds of barriers arising in the actual practice of integrating people with health limitations in the university community confirms the relevance of the research. The main goal is to identify and give classification of the difficulties, which the students with health limitations face in adapting to studying at the university, and also in integration to the university community. The process of teaching students with health limitations and analyzing their problems of social and psychological-pedagogical nature determined the need to solve the problem of creating special conditions at the university aimed at solving problems of social, personal and professional self-determination of students with health limitations, preserving and building up their psychophysical health, development of social activity. Institutional, environment, resource and inclusive-integrative approaches served as the methodological basis of the research, as well as general scientific methods and principles of scientific knowledge: methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization. Thus, on the basis of the study of inclusive processes in professional education of people with health limitations, the authors defined the prospects and developed a model of an inclusive university community. The results of the research are of scientific and practical importance, they may be used in further psychological, pedagogical, philosophical, sociological, economic researches of inclusive professional education phenomenon, and can be used for practical development of methods to manage inclusive processes in professional education by executive bodies, regional target programs of innovative development.

The urgency of the problem of legal culture formation among pupils of educational institutions for orphans and children left without parental care is due to the need to form their legal consciousness, active life position, the ability to regulate the behavior in all spheres of social life. Pupils of an institution for orphans and children left without parental care, deprived of parental support, unlike their peers who are brought up in full-fledged families, are more exposed to the negative impact of the environment of certain society members, both peers and adults. This may stipulate conditions for their antisocial behavior. Therefore, orphans who are brought up in institutions of this type, require a more careful attitude and full support of teachers in the educational process, including the field of their legal culture formation. Taking into account the social status of such children, it is necessary to work out the technology that contributes to the successful formation of their legal culture. Thus, the purpose of this article is to reveal the essence and content of legal culture, the main components of legal culture, pedagogical conditions contributing to the formation of legal culture in the educational environment of the institution for orphans and children left without parental care. Methods of research are interviews, testing, observation, and pedagogical experiment. The author analyzed and used the research results of Russian and foreign scientists, revealing the essence and content of legal culture, the main components of legal culture, summarized the best experience of many practices in the field of psychology and pedagogy, dealing with the problem of legal culture formation. The article defines the components of legal culture: cognitive, behavioral, emotional-value and motivational-evaluative ones. These components correspond to a certain level and indicator of legal culture formation in the context of the research problem. The results of the experiment presented in this article bring new elements to the existing approaches to the problem of pupils’ legal culture formation, as well as complement the theory and methodology of general education. The practical significance of the study is in generalization and systematization of the best practices, the results may be used to solve the problem of legal culture formation and introduced into the educational process of institutions of various types.
