This paper presents the results of testing of psycho-pedagogical correction uncertainty preschool children in order to develop positive attitudes towards peers. The regularities psychocorrectional process: uneven, synchronicity, senzitivnost, by stages. Mechanisms correction uncertainty age children are: feedback, inter-personal influence, learning, confrontation projection. The factors that hinder the proper performance of tasks, as well as conditions of effective psycho activity.

A fight for competition is the most important goal of business, which determines the main ways of behavior of the industry (organization) in a certain period of time. Any organization has its own specific competitive development strategy. The strategy should address the most important issues of the organizations at all levels. The strategy is necessary for business to respond quickly to changes both within the industry (business environment, personnel, equipment, technological processes) and in the external environment (economic situation in the country, sanctions, etc.).

The article discusses the relationship of business risk and innovation potential. Key features and main stages of risk management are highlighted. The authors analyze the ways and methods of reducing business risks of various types on the example of chemical industry enterprise.
