Abstract. The choice of the direction of modernization of a national economy of Russia will define its place in world economic system. The problem of increase of level of knowledge and qualification of teachers and employees of higher educational institutions in the field of IT-tekhnology is actual. It is necessary to create a network of the multipurpose centers of providing educational services in a principle of «one window» for citizens just as it is realized at creation of the electronic government.
