Abstract. This article is devoted to the study of motivation innovation of future
teachers. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of
Physical Education and Safety CSPU. We used data from a survey 247 students of
4–5 courses, the aim of which was to study the motives that impel prospective
teachers to engage in innovative activities.
