This article is devoted to the study of motivation innovation of future teachers. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of Physical Education and Safety CSPU. We used data from a survey 247 students of 4–5 courses, the aim of which was to study the motives that impel prospective teachers to engage in innovative activities.

Competence-based approach should be considered as one of the conditions of professional socialization of the individual student. The educational process in high school that focuses on the formation of professional and pedagogical skills, such as cognitive, communication, methods-periodic, research and others, promotes self-determination self-actualization and self-development of personality of students. The result of professional socialization is a personality change after change its settings, views and attitudes to teaching

The teacher investigation competence should be considered as one of the most important components of his professional pedagogical competence. Its formation could be observed during students investigation activity. There is a comparative analysis of study and scientific activity in the article?
