The protection of children from negative information as the mean of moral education

Abstract. The author analyses the possibility of censorship in the creation of the conditions for the moral education of children. The facts from the history of teaching of censorship in Russia are also represented. The author describes the materials of the empirical research aimed at studying the public opinion about the recently adopted in Russia law «The protection of children from information harmful to their health and development».
